| | | operator of a motorboat carrying passengers for hire under the | | following conditions: |

| | | A.__It is found, upon examination under section 13062, | | subsection 4, that any motorboat carrying passengers for | | hire is unsafe; or |

| | | B.__The commissioner receives satisfactory evidence of the | | operator's intemperance, incompetency or willful violation | | of the law. |
|
| | | 2. Exception.__This section does not apply to any person who | | operates a watercraft in connection with a boys or girls camp | | located in this State and licensed by the Department of Human | | Services or located in another state and licensed in a similar | | manner in that state. |

| | | A resident or nonresident may apply for and the commissioner | | or the commissioner's authorized agent may issue a written | | license to hunt wild animals and wild birds. |
