2.__Alien.__"Alien" means a person who is not a citizen of the United States.

3.__Antlerless moose.__"Antlerless moose" means a moose without antlers or a moose with antlers that are shorter than its ears.

4. Artificial lure.__"Artificial lure" means a fishing lure constructed by humans as an imitation of or substitute for natural bait or fish forage.__"Artificial lure" includes, but is not limited to, artificial flies, spinners, spoons, poppers, plugs, jigs and plastic, rubber or other artificial imitations of natural bait.

5.__Atlantic salmon.__"Atlantic salmon" means the anadromous fish species Salmo salar that customarily migrates from inland waters to the ocean as part of its life cycle.__This definition also applies to chapter 811.

6.__Baitfish.__"Baitfish" means only those species in the following list:

A.__Lake chub, (Couesius plumbeus);

B.__Eastern silvery minnow, (Hybognathus regius);

C.__Golden shiner, (Notemigonus crysoleucas);

D.__Emerald shiner, (Notropis atherinoides);

E.__Bridle shiner, (Notropis bifrenatus);

F.__Common shiner, (Luxilus cornutus);

G.__Blacknose shiner, (Notropis heterolepis);

H.__Spottail shiner, (Notropis hudsonius);

I.__Northern redbelly dace, (Phoxinus eos);

J.__Finescale dace, (Phoxinus neogaeus);

K.__Fathead minnow, (Pimephales promelas);

L.__Blacknose dace, (Rhinichthys atratulus);

M.__Longnose dace, (Rhinichthys cataractae);
