| 7.__Appeal. The claimant may appeal and shall recognize with | | sureties as on appeals in civil causes from a judge; |

| | | C.__For trying the libel, $1; |

| | | E.__For posting notices and return, $1; |

| | | F.__For an order to restore or deliver, 25¢; |

| | | H.__Per mile for all necessary travel; 10__and |

| | | 9.__Forms.__The department shall provide forms for all cases | | arising under this section. |

| | | In all cases, the officer making any seizure or sale of fish | | or wildlife shall, within 10 days after the seizure or sale, | | report all particulars of the seizure or sale and an itemized | | statement of the proceeds, expenses and fees and the disposition | | of the proceeds to the commissioner. |
