| §10607.__Rule violations; operation of motor vehicles on public |

| | Notwithstanding section 10602, a person who violates a rule | regulating the operation of motor vehicles on public water | supplies commits a civil violation for which a forfeiture of not | less than $100 nor more than $500 may be adjudged. |

| §10651.__Failure to stop for law enforcement officer |
|
| | 1.__Prohibition.__A person may not: |
|
| A.__Fail or refuse to stop a motor vehicle or other | conveyance immediately upon request or signal of any officer | in uniform whose duty it is to enforce this Part; |
|
| B.__Fail to stop or move that person's watercraft upon being | ordered or directed to do so by any law enforcement officer | in uniform whose duty it is to enforce chapter 935; |
|
| C.__Fail or refuse to stop any snowmobile on request or | signal of any law enforcement officer in uniform whose duty | it is to enforce chapter 937; or |
|
| D.__Fail or refuse to stop any all-terrain vehicle on | request or signal of any law enforcement officer in uniform | whose duty it is to enforce chapter 939. |
|
| | 2. Penalty.__A person who violates this section commits a | Class E crime. |

| §10652.__Abuse of another person's property while fishing, |
|
| | 1.__Prohibitions.__Prohibitions on the abuse of another | person's__property while fishing, hunting or trapping are as | follows. |
|
| A.__A person may not, while fishing, hunting or trapping any | wild animal or wild bird: |
|
| (1)__Tear down or destroy any fence or wall on another | person's land; |
|
| (2)__Leave open any gate or bars on another person's | land; or |
