48.__Person.__"Person" means a human being or an organization.

 
49.__Premises.__"Premises" includes lands, private ways and
any buildings and structures located on the lands or private
ways.

 
50.__Primitive camping area.__"Primitive camping area" means a
camping location that does not have access to a water supply that
is approved by the Department of Human Services.

 
51.__Private pond.__"Private pond" means an artifically
constructed pond impounded within the limits of the riparian
owner, even though the water is not supplied directly from a
brook, stream or river. "Private pond" does not include a natural
pond or lake having a surface area of more than 10 acres.

 
52.__Raptor.__"Raptor" means a bird of the order Strigiformes
and of the families Accipitridae and Falconidae commonly called
buteos, accipiters, falcons and owls.

 
53.__Resident.__"Resident" means a citizen of the United
States who has been domiciled in this State continuously during
the 3 months next prior to the date on which the person applies
for any license or permit under this Part, or an alien who has
been so domiciled for one year. A person may not be considered a
resident if the person has not:

 
A.__If registered to vote, registered in this State;

 
B.__If licensed to drive a motor vehicle, made application
for a motor vehicle operator's license issued by the State;

 
C.__If owning a motor vehicle located within the State,
registered each such vehicle in the State; and

 
D.__Complied with the state income tax laws.

 
A person who is a full-time student at a college or university in
the State, who has resided in the State continuously for 3 months
and has satisfied the requirements of paragraphs A to D is
rebuttably presumed to have been domiciled in the State during
that period.

 
54.__Salmon.__The word "salmon" standing alone without other
identification means "landlocked salmon."

 
55.__Seine.__"Seine" means an ordinary commercial-type minnow
seine, not exceeding 1,200 square feet, used vertically to
