| 3.__Failure to remit the funds as provided in this section | results in the following sanctions, in addition to any others | provided by law. |

| A.__The commissioner shall charge interest on the amount | owed at the rate of 18% a year for each day the agent is | delinquent. |
|
| B.__If the agent has not paid the amount owed by the 60th | day after the agent becomes delinquent, the commissioner | shall assess a surcharge of 5% of the principal amount owed. |
|
| C.__If an agent is delinquent for more than 150 days or is | delinquent 3 or more times in one calendar year, the | commissioner shall: |
|
| (1)__Terminate the agency for the balance of the year; and |
|
| (2)__Order that the agency not be renewed for the next | year. |
|
| | 7.__Exception.__This section does not apply to the State Tax | Assessor with respect to services performed for the commissioner. |

| §10802.__Rule violations; agent |
|
| | Notwithstanding section 10602, a person who violates a rule | regulating hunting and fishing agents commits a civil violation | for which a forfeiture of not less than $100 nor more than $500 | may be adjudged. |

| LIFETIME, COMPLIMENTARY AND REDUCED-RATE LICENSES |

| §10851. Resident lifetime licenses |

| | 1.__Infants and seniors. The following resident lifetime | licenses may be purchased: |

| A. For a resident who is less than 6 years of age: |
|
| (1)__An infant resident lifetime fishing license.__The | fee for an infant resident lifetime fishing license is | $150; |
