3.__Failure to remit the funds as provided in this section
results in the following sanctions, in addition to any others
provided by law.

 
A.__The commissioner shall charge interest on the amount
owed at the rate of 18% a year for each day the agent is
delinquent.

 
B.__If the agent has not paid the amount owed by the 60th
day after the agent becomes delinquent, the commissioner
shall assess a surcharge of 5% of the principal amount owed.

 
C.__If an agent is delinquent for more than 150 days or is
delinquent 3 or more times in one calendar year, the
commissioner shall:

 
(1)__Terminate the agency for the balance of the year; and

 
(2)__Order that the agency not be renewed for the next
year.

 
7.__Exception.__This section does not apply to the State Tax
Assessor with respect to services performed for the commissioner.

 
§10802.__Rule violations; agent

 
Notwithstanding section 10602, a person who violates a rule
regulating hunting and fishing agents commits a civil violation
for which a forfeiture of not less than $100 nor more than $500
may be adjudged.

LIFETIME, COMPLIMENTARY AND REDUCED-RATE LICENSES

 
§10851. Resident lifetime licenses

 
1.__Infants and seniors. The following resident lifetime
licenses may be purchased:

 
A. For a resident who is less than 6 years of age:

 
(1)__An infant resident lifetime fishing license.__The
fee for an infant resident lifetime fishing license is
$150;
