| | Sec. 28. 13-C MRSA §1510, sub-§2, as enacted by PL 2001, c. 640, Pt. | A, §2 and affected by Pt. B, §7, is amended to read: |

A foreign corporation may be served by | registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, addressed | to the secretary an officer of the foreign corporation at its | principal office shown in its application for authority, in any | subsequent communication received from the corporation stating | the current mailing address of its principal office or in its | most recent annual report if the foreign corporation: |
