| | | 2.__Panel powers and duties.__For the purposes of carrying out | | its responsibilities under this chapter, the panel has the powers | | of the State Board of Arbitration and Conciliation as set forth | | in chapter 9, subchapter 2-A.__The State Board of Arbitration and | | Conciliation as established pursuant to section 931 may adopt | | rules to implement this chapter, including rules specifying what | | information held by the panel is confidential and not subject to | | public disclosure.__Rules adopted pursuant to this subsection are | | routine technical rules as defined in Title 5, chapter 375, | | subchapter 2-A. |
