| | | 1.__Definitions.__As used in this section, unless the context | | otherwise indicates, the following terms have the following | | meanings. |

| | | A.__"Applicant" means a person who has applied or is | | applying for services through the program. |
|
| | | B.__"Bureau" means the Bureau of Rehabilitation Services | | within the department, which is the lead agency for | | administering the program. |
|
| | | C.__"Consumer" means a person who has been determined to be | | eligible under subsection 3. |
|
| | | D.__"Program" means the program of state-funded consumer- | | directed personal care assistance services. |
