| | | Sec. TTT-2. 22 MRSA §3174-T, sub-§12 is enacted to read: |

| | | 12.__Premium rate review; adjustment.__Effective July 1, 2004, | | the department shall periodically evaluate the amount of premiums | | charged under this section to ensure that the premiums charged | | reflect the most current benefit cost per child.__The | | commissioner shall adjust the premiums by rule.__Rules adopted | | pursuant to this subsection are routine technical rules as | | defined in Title 5, chapter 375, subchapter 2-A. |
