Sec. WWW-29. 31 MRSA §751, sub-§25, as enacted by PL 1999, c. 638, §39, is amended to read:

25. Certificate of conversion. Certificate of conversion of a limited liability company to another type of business entity as provided by section 746, a fee of $125 $145.
