	The additional costs associated with coordinating drug related services in Washington County and issuing a progress report can be absorbed by the Department of Behavorial and Developmental Services, the Department of Human Services and the Department of Corrections utilizing existing budgeted resources.  This legislation also authorizes the acceptance of grants and private funds for the purpose of carrying out this resolve.
