Fiscal Detail and Notes
	Allowing a hunter assigned to a hunting zone or area to exchange that zone or area with another hunter will increase annual General Fund revenue in fees collected by the Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife by $5,000 beginning in fiscal year 2003-04.  As amended, the bill includes an additional annual General Fund appropriation of $5,000 beginning in fiscal year 2003-04 for the Licensing and Registration program to cover the administrative costs of fee collections and the exchange process.
