Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This bill establishes the Health Care Workforce Center to provide certain services to the health care workforce in the state.  The center will be directed by a board of 8 members and may employ an executive director to carry out the administrative functions.  General Fund appropriations of approximately $90,000 annually will be required to fund the salary and benefits of an executive director as well as the expected expenses of the board members.  This legislation will take effect January 1, 2004.
