Fiscal Detail and Notes
	Not allowing the Department of Conservation to contract with certain workers for timber harvesting will result in the estimated loss of Other Special Revenue funds in the amounts of at least $168,750 and $225,000 in fiscal years 2003-04 and 2004-05, respectfully.  If the department is not sucessful in hiring additional timber cutting crews that are composed of U.S. citizens, then the revenue loss could be significantly more; the amounts can not be determined at this time.
