	There may be start-up costs of as much as $25,000 for initial administrative processes including rulemaking, setting up systems and advertising.  Any additional cost to the Bureau of Rehabilitation Services within the Department of Labor to administer the program can be absorbed utilizing existing budgeted resources.  The additional cost to the Finance Authority of Maine can not be determined at this time and will depend on the level of responsibility that the Authority will have in administering the program.
