Fiscal Detail and Notes
	The Milk Handling Tax is expected to increase General Fund revenue by $10,859,789 in fiscal year 2004-05.  This bill also includes a General Fund appropriation of $42,000 in fiscal year 2004-05 for Maine Revenue Services to cover the initial cost of administering the tax.
