Fiscal Detail and Notes
	The Office of Licensing and Registration within the Department of Professional and Financial Regulation will require an additional Other Special Revenue Fund allocation in fiscal year 2003-04 for the Oil and Solid Fuel Board for the costs associated with rulemaking.  The Office of Licensing and Registration also estimates an increase in dedicated revenue to the Board in fiscal year 2004-05 as a result of the biennial licensing fees associated with issuing the additional licenses to manufactured housing dealers.
