Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This bill reduces the mahogany quahog exise tax and dedicates the entire tax, less certain administrative costs, to the Toxin Monitoring Fund within the Department of Marine Resources.  It will reduce General Fund budgeted revenue by $57,300 in fiscal year 2003-04 and $80,000 in fiscal year 2004-05 and increase Other Special Revenue by $23,875 and $24,000 in those same fiscal years, based on an October 1, 2003 effective date.
