Fiscal Detail and Notes
	Eliminating registration fees for Purple Heart Plate recipients will result in a loss of Highway Fund revenues collected by the Bureau of Motor Vehicles within the Department of the Secretary of State.  The estimated amounts are $32,550 and $43,400 in fiscal years 2003-04 and 2004-05, respectively.
