Fiscal Detail and Notes
	Exempting the owners of certain watercraft from certain fee requirements will decrease General Fund revenues collected by the Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife; the estimated amounts are $8,000 in fiscal year 2003-04 and $15,450 for fiscal year 2004-05 and each year thereafter.  In addition, these same fee exemptions will decrease Other Special Revenue funds revenues collected by the Department of Marine Resources; the estimated amounts are $1,688 in fiscal year 2003-04 and $2,250 for fiscal year 2004-05 and each year thereafter.
