	The Maine State Retirement System indicates that, although there will be no impact on the unfunded liability, there will be an increase in the normal cost rate component of the employer contribution as a result of reduced contributions to the defined benefit plan.  Additional costs to the Maine State Retirement System associated with actuarial fees and plan administration can not be determined at this time.
