Fiscal Detail and Notes
	A General Fund appropriation will be required to fund the general operating expenses of the Commission to Study Public Health.  The additional costs associated with providing staffing assistance can be absorbed by the Legislature utilizing existing budgeted resources.  The additional costs associated with serving on the Commission can be absorbed by the Department of Education, the Department of Human Services and the Department of the Attorney General utilizing existing budgeted resources.
