Fiscal Detail and Notes
	Other Special Revenue Allocations to the Department of Environmental Protection will be required to fund four Environmental Specialist positions and general operating expenses to administer the proposed Water Withdrawal Licensing program.  Application fees would be charged for water withdrawal applications and the revenue derived from these fees should be enough to cover the actual expenses of implementing the program.
