Fiscal Detail and Notes
	There is no net fiscal impact to the Department of Professional and Financial Regulation to move the Board of Registration for Professional Engineers into the Office of Licensing and Registration.  However, the Office of Licensing and Registration will require an additional Other Special Revenue Funds allocation of $225,213 in fiscal year 2003-04 and $221,541 in fiscal year 2004-05 and the Board of Registration for Professional Engineers will require a corresponding deallocation.  This measure will also increase revenues to the Office of Licensing and Registration by $336,000 in fiscal year 2003-04 and $59,000 in fiscal year 2004-05 with the a corresponding decrease to the Board of Registration for Professional Engineers.
