| General Fund appropriations will be required to fund the per diem and general operating expenses of the ongoing State Health Planning Commission. The Maine Health Data Organization (MHDO) will require additional Other Special Revenue Funds allocations for 5 new positions to meet its responsibilities under Sections 3 and 5 of the bill. The bill makes no provision for revenue for this purpose, therefore, existing MHDO fees and assessments may need to be adjusted to cover these costs. The fiscal note assumes the effective dates in this "carry-over" bill will be changed to impact one year later than originally drafted. | |||||||
