	Based on the total commissions paid to agents for the sale of wildlife lottery tickets in recent years, the increase in commission fees will result in an estimated net loss of annual revenues to the Maine Outdoor Heritage Fund ranging from $30,000 to $60,000 beginning in fiscal year 2004-05.
