Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This bill includes a one-time General Fund appropriation of $225,000 in fiscal year 2002-03 to the Maine Milk Pool within the Department of Agriculture, Food and Rural Resources.  The bill also transfers $500,000 from the unallocated cash balance of the Maine Milk Commission to the Maine Milk Pool.  Finally, the bill includes an Other Special Revenue funds allocation of $725,000 in fiscal year 2002-03 to the Maine Milk Pool for equitable distribution to all of Maine's dairy farmers.
