	This amendment reduces the General Fund appropriation in the bill by $50,000 in fiscal year 2003-04.  As amended, this bill includes a one-time General Fund appropriation of $25,000 in fiscal year 2003-04 for the Department of Economic and Community Development for the costs associated with working with the State Planning Office to conduct the study.
