| This amendment decreases the General Fund cost of the bill by $125,875 in fiscal year 2004-05. It includes a General Fund deappropriation of $80,558 in fiscal year 2004-05 as a result of the elimination of the Maine-Canada Trade Ombudsman position within the Executive Department. It also includes an off-setting General Fund appropriation of $80,558 in fiscal year 2004-05 to transfer the duties of the Maine-Canada Trade Ombudsman to the Director of the Maine International Trade Center within the Department of Economic and Community Development. | |||||||
