Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This amendment decreases the General Fund cost of the bill by $125,875 in fiscal year 2004-05.  It includes a General Fund deappropriation of $80,558 in fiscal year 2004-05 as a result of the elimination of  the Maine-Canada Trade Ombudsman position within the Executive Department.  It also includes an off-setting General Fund appropriation of $80,558 in fiscal year 2004-05 to transfer the duties of the Maine-Canada Trade Ombudsman to the Director of the Maine International Trade Center within the Department of Economic and Community Development.
	As amended, the bill results in no net fiscal impact to the General Fund in fiscal year 2004-05.
