Correctional and Judicial Impact Statements
	This bill may increase civil violations filed in the court system for certain beano violations and decrease the number of civil violations for operating beano without a license.  No net judicial change.
Fiscal Detail and Notes
	Authorizing the Department of Public Safety to issue a certain license for the operation of high stakes beano games will result in an annual revenue increase of $50,000 to the General Fund beginning in fiscal year 2004-05.
