Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This resolve authorizes the Maine Governmental Facilites Authority to issue securities in an amount of $1,750,000 for the purpose of funding architectural and egineering studies for courthouse facilites as well as funding replacement or improvements to technology related projects at the Judical Branch Violations Bureau.  This authorization does not pledge the full faith and credit of the state.  General Fund appropriations will be required to fund the lease/debt service payments.
