	This amendment reduces the cost of the study by $1,215 in fiscal year 2003-04.  The projected costs for the per diem and expenses of legislators and the report requirement are $1,705 in fiscal year 2003-04.  Funds from the Conservation Program Fund within the Public Utilities Commission will be used to support the legislative costs relating to this study.
