	Repealing the existing statutory authority which allows the Highway Fund to provide funding for the State Police will result in Highway Fund deallocations from the State Police program in the Department of Public Safety; the deallocated amounts will be $28,552,124 and $28,678,672 in fiscal years 2003-04 and 2004-05, respectively.
