Fiscal Detail and Notes
	Increasing state-municipal revenue sharing from 5.2% to 6% will decrease General Fund revenue by $9,242,374 in fiscal year 2003-04 and $17,648,451 in fiscal year 2004-05 and increase the amounts transferred to the Local Government Fund for state-municipal revenue sharing by those same amounts, based on a January 1, 2004 effective date.
