	Allowing the court to suspend the right of a defendant to apply for a license or permit will result in an increase in General Fund revenue.  The exact amount of revenue from the additional collection of fines and reinstatement fees can not be determined at this time.  The additional costs associated with processing the license suspensions will be absorbed by the affected departments utilizing existing budgeted resources.
