Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This bill includes General Fund appropriations of $50,000 in fiscal years 2003-04 and 2004-05 to fund the Nursing Education Loan Repayment Fund established within the Finance Authority of Maine.  The Authority will require additional General Fund appropriations of $21,000 in fiscal year 2003-04 and $3,000 beginning in fiscal year 2004-05 to administer the program.
