Fiscal Detail and Notes
	General Fund appropriations to the Legislature will be required to fund the additional costs associated with increasing the membership of the Legislative Youth Advisory Council by one member of the Senate beginning in fiscal year 2003-04.  Other additional costs associated with this legislation can be absorbed by the Department of Education, the Secretary of State and the Department of Behavorial and Developmental Services utilizing existing budgeted resources.
