Fiscal Detail and Notes
	The amendment removes the General Fund appropriation for one half-time position and associated administrative costs, and assumes any remaining costs to the Bureau of Health in the Department of Human Services can be absorbed utilizing existing resources.  Any additional cost to the Department of Labor to conduct the study and prepare the required report can also be absorbed utilizing existing budgeted resources.
