Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This bill will require a one-time General Fund appropriation of $282,500 in fiscal year 2003-04 to the State Planning Office to conduct a search and report on other geographically suitable disposal sites in the state.  This appropriation will provide funds for a project position, the hiring of an engineering firm or consultants and other miscellaneous expenses.
