Fiscal Detail and Notes
	As amended, the bill includes an additional one-time Other Special Revenue funds allocation of $400,000 in fiscal year 2003-04 for the Department of Conservation for the costs of developing a boat launch facility and access road in Ellsworth.  According to the Department of Conservation, the authorization of this additional allocation for the Boating Facilities Fund will result in the deferral of 9 boating facilities projects currently scheduled for construction in fiscal year 2003-04.
