	Authorizing the court to set off bail against criminal fines, forfeitures, fees, restitution, attorney's fees and expenses and surcharges associated with proceedings unrelated to the case for which bail has been set will result in an increase in revenue to the General Fund and funds paid to victims who are due restitution.  The exact amounts can not be determined at this time.
