	This amendment removes the costs and revenues of the bill associated with increasing benefits paid from, and collections deposited to, the Unemployment Compensation Trust Fund.  The additional costs associated with the Department of Labor collecting data and preparing the required report can be absorbed utilizing existing budgeted resources.
