	Any additional cost to the Department of Education associated with adopting rules can be absorbed by the department utilizing existing budgeted resources.  This requirement is not expected to have a fiscal impact on local school units as the units already have filtering measures in place either as a result of using the Maine School and Library Network, which provides free Internet filtering or by purchasing their own filtering software or hardware.
