Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This bill includes a General Fund appropriation to the Department of Administrative and Financial Services in the amount of $1,816,672 in fiscal year 2004-05 to fund 3 Senior Staff Accountants, software and data processing expenses and the extension of benefits to workers who contract directly with the state.  This estimate assumes the benefits will begin to be paid for contracts in place during the last quarter of fiscal 2004-05.
