Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This bill will require a General Fund appropriation of $80,775 beginning in fiscal year 2007-08 to fund a Correctional Plans Coordinator to audit the county jail reimbursement requests.  In addition, the Department of Corrections will require General Fund appropriations of $1,900,000 in fiscal year 2008-09, $5,100,000 in fiscal year 2009-10, $7,300,000 in fiscal year 2010-11 and $10,300,000 in fiscal year 2011-12 to fund the proposed change in the reimbursement to the county jails as a percentage of the actual costs versus a subsidy.
