Legislative Study
	The projected costs to fund the operating expenses of the study contained in this bill are $2,860 in fiscal year 2003-04.  This bill directs the commission to seek funds from other sources.  This authority may result in the collection of additional Other Special Revenue funds in fiscal year 2003-04.  Included in the bill is an allocation of Other Special Revenue funds of $2,860 in fiscal year 2003-04 to authorize expenditures from this dedicated account.  If sufficient outside funding is not received to fully fund all costs of the commission, no meetings are authorized and no expenses can be incurred.
