Fiscal Detail and Notes
	The Department of Agriculture, Food and Rural Resources will require additional General Fund appropriations of $42,622 and $59,614 in fiscal years 2003-04 and 2004-05, respectively, for the costs of regulating guinea pig breeders.  In addition, the establishment of a $20 guinea pig breeding facility license will increase General Fund revenues collected by the department; the amounts can not be determined at this time.
