	Removing inclined stairway chairlifts from regulation and oversight by the Board of Elevator and Tramway Safety will result in a decrease of Other Special Revenue Funds to the Office of Licensing and Registration within the Department of Professional and Financial Regulation of $4,700 beginning in fiscal year 2003-04.
