Fiscal Detail and Notes
	The increase in the returnable beverage container redemption rate will result in a loss of General Fund revenues collected by the Department of Administrative and Financial Services from the handling fees; the estimated amounts are $50,625 in fiscal year 2003-04 and $67,500 for each fiscal year thereafter.
	The increase in the returnable beverage container redemption rate will also result in an increase of Other Special Revenue Funds revenues collected by the Department of Agriculture, Food and Rural Resources for the Beverage Container Enforcement Fund; the estimated amounts are $2,700,000 in fiscal year 2003-04 and $3,600,000 for each fiscal year thereafter.
